Orders

Delivery
The available delivery options are displayed during the checkout process. Depending on the item’s size, weight, and delivery address, you may choose between delivery to a parcel locker, delivery by courier, or pickup at a TVZ pickup location.
If the item is in stock, delivery within Latvia usually takes place within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed or payment is received.
If the size and weight of the item meet the parcel locker’s restrictions, you can pick up your order at the selected parcel locker. Once the package has been delivered to the parcel locker, you will receive a notification with pickup details.
The courier will deliver your order to the address you provided. If necessary, the courier may contact you to confirm the delivery time or location.
Yes, delivery outside of Latvia is possible upon individual agreement. Delivery options, terms, and costs are specified separately.
