These Terms and Conditions of Purchase set forth the procedures for ordering, paying for, delivering, warrantying, and returning goods in the TVZ online store.
Salesperson
TVZ is a division of SIA “ETEPAK” and a trusted partner in the sale of IT equipment.

Payment

Delivery
Delivery is available in Latvia and, upon agreement, outside of Latvia as well.

These terms and conditions govern the procedures for ordering, paying for, delivering, receiving, warrantying, and returning goods in the TVZ online store.

Placing an Order
You can place an order in the online store by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. After receiving your order, TVZ may send you a confirmation.
Payment
Available payment methods are listed during the checkout process. Orders are typically processed after payment is received.
Shipping
Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs depend on the item's size, weight, availability, and delivery address.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please inspect the packaging and the condition of the item. If there is any damage, please contact TVZ immediately.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods bought online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Warranty
The warranty period and terms are specified in the product description, invoice, or other purchase documents.
Legal entities
Legal entities may issue an invoice or a prepayment invoice. Return options are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and customer support in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any issues or disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the PTAC.
