You have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia regarding consumer protection.

Item condition
The item must be complete and in a condition that does not exceed that of a normal inspection.

Important to know!
- The right of withdrawal applies to distance contracts and primarily to consumers—natural persons.
- The direct costs of returning the goods may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or the goods were delivered defective.
- TVZ may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
- Certain goods may be subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal as specified in regulatory acts.
How do I return an item?
To ensure that the return process is quick and straightforward, please follow these steps.
1. Contact TVZ
Please provide your order number and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Prepare the item
Pack the item securely, including the contents, documents, and accessories, if any.
3. Ship or deliver the item
TVZ will provide information on the address and the subsequent return procedure.
4. Get a refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the agreed manner.
The item must be
- in the same condition as when it was received;
- complete with all parts;
- with all accessories and documentation;
- in its original packaging, if any;
- with no signs of use beyond normal inspection.
A refund may not be possible
- if the item is damaged due to the customer’s fault;
- if the item has been used beyond what is necessary for its inspection;
- if essential components are missing;
- if applicable regulations provide for exceptions for the specific item;
- if the return procedure for legal entities has not been agreed upon in advance.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are typically issued using the same payment method or a method agreed upon with the customer.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact TVZ as soon as possible, providing your order number and attaching photos. TVZ will assess the situation and offer the most appropriate solution.
For legal entities
The right of withdrawal primarily applies to consumers—natural persons who purchase goods outside the scope of their economic or professional activities. For orders placed by legal entities, return options are assessed on a case-by-case basis or by mutual agreement.
