Warranty period

Used and refurbished items are inspected before sale to ensure they are in working order.

How do I file a warranty claim?
To help us assess the situation more quickly, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and model
- Description of the defect
- Photos or videos illustrating the problem
The warranty applies to
- Device malfunctions during normal use
- Technical defects that are not the customer's fault
- Discrepancy with the product description
- Accessories included in the set, if specified in the product description
The warranty does not cover
- Mechanical damage, drops, or impacts
- The effects of liquids, moisture, or corrosion
- Improper use or improper storage
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Normal wear and tear and consumable parts
Used and refurbished items
Used and refurbished items may show signs of use that do not affect their functionality. The warranty period is specified in each item’s description.
Batteries

3. The item is inspected
The item is being inspected to determine the cause of the problem.
4. A solution is proposed
Depending on the situation, we offer repairs, replacements, or other solutions.
