Product Condition Explanation
TVZ offers new, used and refurbished products. To help customers understand what to expect, we indicate the product condition, included accessories, visual signs of use and warranty terms.
A, B and C grades mainly describe the product’s visual condition. All products offered in these grades are checked and functional, unless stated otherwise in the description.

Product types
New product
The product has not been used and is sold as a new item. Included accessories and warranty information are stated in the product description.
Used product
The product has been used before. It may show visual signs of use that do not affect its functionality, unless stated otherwise in the description.
Refurbished product
A used product that has been checked, prepared for resale and, where necessary, technically restored.
A, B and C grade condition
A grade
Excellent visual condition. Minimal or almost unnoticeable signs of use. Fully functional equipment.
B grade
Good visual condition. Visible minor or moderate signs of use, such as scratches or slight wear.
C grade
Acceptable visual condition. More noticeable signs of use, scratches or cosmetic defects. The equipment is functional.

Technical functionality
Used and refurbished products are checked to verify their functionality and technical condition.
Included accessories
We specify the included accessories in the product description. If any accessories are missing, this is indicated.
Visual condition
Preces aprakstā var tikt norādīts lietošanas vizuālais stāvoklis atbilstoši A, B vai C gradei.
Warranty terms
The warranty period may vary depending on the product type, condition and seller’s terms.

Batteries are wear parts whose capacity decreases over time. For used and refurbished devices, battery runtime may differ from that of a new product.
