You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the consumer rights protection regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
Product condition
The product must be complete and in a condition that does not exceed normal product inspection.

The refund is issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

How to return a product?
To make the return process quick and clear, please follow these steps.
Contact TVZ
Provide your order number and inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Prepare the product
Pack the product securely and include the complete set, documents and accessories, if they were provided.
Send or deliver the product
TVZ will provide the address and further return instructions.
Receive your refund
After the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be made using the agreed method.
The product must be
- in the same condition as it was received;
- complete with all included items;
- with all accessories and documents;
- in the original packaging, if it was provided;
- without signs of use exceeding normal inspection.
Return may not be possible
- if the product has been damaged due to the customer’s fault;
- if the product has been used more than necessary for inspection;
- if essential parts of the complete set are missing;
- if regulations provide exceptions for the specific product;
- if the return procedure for a legal entity has not been agreed in advance.
Refund
The refund is issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund is usually made using the same payment method or another method agreed with the customer.
Damaged or incorrect product
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact TVZ as soon as possible, provide your order number and attach photos. TVZ will assess the situation and offer the most suitable solution.
For legal entities
The right of withdrawal mainly applies to consumers — natural persons who purchase products outside their economic or professional activity. For orders placed by legal entities, return options are assessed individually or according to a mutual agreement.
