TVZ provides warranty coverage for products according to the product type, condition and the terms stated in the product description.
If you have any questions or experience a problem with a product, the TVZ team will help assess the situation and find the most suitable solution.
Warranty period
The warranty period depends on the product type and is stated in the product description or purchase documents.
Tested products
Used and refurbished products are tested before sale to verify their operation.
Used and refurbished products
Warranty terms for used and refurbished products may differ from the warranty terms for new products.
Keep your documents
For warranty cases, please keep your purchase document or order number.
How to submit a warranty claim?
To help us assess the situation faster, please contact TVZ and prepare information about the purchase and the identified issue.
✓Order number or purchase document.
✓Product name, model and, if available, serial number.
✓Description of the defect or issue.
✓Photos or videos that help describe the issue.
Warranty terms
The warranty covers technical defects that have not been caused by improper use, external impact or mechanical damage.
Warranty covers
✓Device malfunctions during normal use.
✓Technical defects not caused by the customer.
✓Non-compliance with the product description.
✓Accessories included in the set, if stated in the product description.
Warranty does not cover
×Mechanical damage, drops or impacts.
×Damage caused by liquid, moisture or corrosion.
×Improper use or unsuitable storage.
×Unauthorised repairs or intervention.
Warranty claim review process

Contact TVZ
Provide the order number and briefly describe the issue.

Send the information
Submit the defect description, photos or video where possible.

The product is inspected
TVZ or the service centre evaluates the cause of the issue.

A solution is offered
Depending on the situation, repair, replacement or another solution is offered.
Used and refurbished products
Used and refurbished products may have visual signs of use that do not affect product operation. The warranty period is stated in each product description.
Batteries
Batteries are wear parts whose capacity decreases over time. Battery warranty may be limited unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Before submitting a product for service, we recommend contacting TVZ to confirm the warranty claim procedure and the required documents.

If the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it may be possible to contact the relevant manufacturer’s authorised service centre. Before visiting a service centre, we recommend confirming the current information.
