TVZ offers convenient and secure payment methods for private customers and legal entities. Available payment options are displayed during checkout.
An order can be paid using the available payment solutions or, upon request, by receiving a proforma invoice.

Latvian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor.
Card payment
Secure card payment, if this payment method is available during checkout.
Proforma invoice
A proforma invoice can be prepared for legal entities and upon request.
Business solutions
Orders can be placed using company details and invoice preparation.
3. Payment terms
Payments in the TVZ online store are made in euros. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The settlement currency in the TVZ online store is euro (EUR).
Purchases can be paid for by selecting one of the payment methods available on the website. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS.
The following payment methods may be available in the TVZ online store:
When using an online bank payment method, after completing the payment the Buyer must confirm the payment and click the “Return to merchant” button so that the order status is correctly updated in the TVZ online store.
Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The purchase agreement enters into force when the payment has been successfully received in the online store’s bank account or when the order has been confirmed using another payment method offered by TVZ.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfil the order, the Buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the relevant notification has been sent to the Buyer.
Secure payment
Payments are processed using secure payment solutions. Payment processing may be provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS.
TVZ does not store customers’ payment card data. Personal data required for payment processing is transferred only to the extent necessary for processing the payment.
Payment for legal entities
TVZ can prepare a proforma invoice for legal entities. When placing an order on behalf of a company, please provide accurate company details.
The order is processed after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
